Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Code Beauty Line products. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, this policy explains how you can return items purchased from our official online store: https://codebeautyline.com.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our Site. If you purchased Code Beauty Line products from another retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
1. Your Right to Cancel (EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
If you are a customer within the European Union or the EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by emailing us at hello@codebeautyline.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
You then have a further 14 days to send the products back.
2. Conditions for Returns
We can only accept returns if:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals and labels intact;
- Products are returned complete, including any gifts-with-purchase or sets sold together;
- The items are returned within the deadlines described above.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics that have been opened, used, or where the protective seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used cosmetics (unless faulty or damaged);
- Samples and gifts-with-purchase if not returned together with the original order;
- Gift cards or vouchers;
- Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@codebeautyline.com. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and details of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items (or proof of return shipment).
- If you return only part of your order, the original shipping fee is not refunded.
- If you return the entire order, we will refund the product(s) and the standard shipping cost (not including any premium shipping upgrades).
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Exchanges
We are not able to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.

Include your order number inside the parcel. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
8. International Returns (outside the EU)
If you are returning products from outside the EU, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any duties, taxes, or fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
