RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

    1. You have the legal right to withdraw from purchase within 14 days of delivery, under EU Consumer Rights Directive, except where product hygiene seal is broken or product opened and used beyond hygiene exception or defective.

    2. For defective, damaged, or wrong items, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence; we will repair, replace, or refund.

    3. Ship returns securely; you bear return shipping unless product issue is our fault.

All content (images, text, videos, interface, code) is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other IP laws. Any unauthorized copying, modification, reuse, or distribution is prohibited.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. For any disputes, the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes, internet or power failures, governmental acts).

MISCELLANEOUS
  1. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and products.
  2. If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that term shall be severed, and the rest of the Terms remain effective.
  3. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights without our written consent; we may assign to affiliates or successors.
